Eva's Village seeks an Annual Fund Specialist to round out our collaborative Development Team.
The Annual Fund Specialist will be responsible for strategizing, managing and executing Eva's annual fund campaigns directed toward donors who contribute less than $5,000 annually.
Annual Fund activities will include direct mail, electronic communications, a recurring giving program, and peer-to-peer opportunities like Giving Tuesday.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute an Annual Fund strategy to deliver $1.
0M in donations per year from individuals donating less than $5,000.
Create, design and manage multi-channel fundraising efforts (print, digital, and social media) that support donor retention, renewal, and acquisition of Annual Fund donors.
Identify, engage, solicit, and steward annual giving donors and prospects, with agreed upon targeted yearly goals.
Analyze database and segment appeals to appropriate audiences.
Track results of solicitations, compile and analyze data to measure progress towards fundraising goals and to make adjustments in appeals, if needed.
Work directly with Digital Media Specialist on digital communication including e newsletters.
Manage mailing lists and oversee print, mail and fulfillment timelines with outside vendors.
Collaborate with the Database Coordinator to ensure acknowledgment of annual donors.
With guidance from Senior Director of Development & Communications, establish and manage revenue and expense budgets for Annual Fund giving campaigns.
Qualifications:
Minimum two-three years annual fund management experience including direct mail and digital appeals.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong grammar/proofreading skills.
Graphic design and copywriting capabilities.
Flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure, collegial environment.
High proficiency with technology, including Microsoft desktop applications.
Familiarity with CRM software, Raisers Edge preferred.
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
