Job Overview Serves as the primary staff member responsible for gift entry.
Generates and sends gift acknowledgments in a timely manner.
Completes monthly posting to the general ledger.
Performs initial prospect research work based on automated daily patient screening.
Works on and identifies data integrity and clean up issues.
Refreshes pre-existing regular reports for team meeting and other occasions.
Assists with the maintenance of fundraising event related data.
Serves as a backup knowledgeable in expenditures and other administrative procedures.
Attends and assists at fundraising events.
Works with fundraising related software creating forms, pages, integrations and configurations.
Meets all required competencies for department, unit and/or hospital.
Responsible for performing all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Completion of two or three years of occupationally-specific education beyond high school or an Associate's Degree in Computer Science or a closely related field required One to two years of previous work related experience required Work requires the analytical ability to draft and edit the content of business and technical documents, conduct formal/orientation sessions for employees and/or patients, assign and follow-up on the work of other employees Perform other duties requiring a comparable level of communication skill.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
