Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence - Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes and other important documents - Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for office staff - Provide general administrative support to the office, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents, invoices.
- Assist with billing and invoicing tasks, using software such as QuickBooks, and excel.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an office assistant, clerk, or in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of motorcycles and scooters is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, speaking Manderian is also a plus.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) - Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a bonus - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
