Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as typing, transcribing, and filing documents - Assist with order entry and maintaining inventory records - Greet and assist visitors at the front desk - Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service to clients and colleagues - Assist with various administrative tasks as needed Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Experience working in an office or front desk setting is preferred - Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is a plus This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional office environment with potential for growth.
