The Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact for anyone entering Reno's Appliance.
We seek someone welcoming to greet all visitors.
The Administrative Assistant is also responsible for a variety of clerical tasks to assist the Sales Team.
This position requires a balance of retail and office skills.
Professional appearance is required.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors as they enter the showroom Answer phone calls Take detailed messages (name, phone number, invoice number, reason for call) Schedule deliveries Take payments Process credit applications for financing Check availability of product and current ETAs Watch supplies and inform Assistant to General Manager / Office Manager when low Administrative Assistant Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Time management skills Detail oriented Highly organized Ability to multitask Shows initiative Understanding of basic computer software Strong interpersonal skills This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing administrative support.
