This role is pivotal in overseeing our insurance policies, managing bus accident processes, handling claims, and supporting our legal team in defending against lawsuits.

In the role of Manager of the Insurance Department, you will be a key figure in ensuring smooth and efficient management of our insurance operations.
This includes a proactive role in driver monitoring, enforcing safe driving regulations, and ensuring compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) standards.
Key
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the company's insurance policy portfolio.
Analyze and process claims relating to property damage and physical injury with precision and expertise.
Proactively communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and service providers, guiding them through the claims process with innovative solutions.
Efficiently process claims, emphasizing accuracy and timely resolution.
Continuously update and expand your knowledge of insurance policies and claims procedures.
Collect and analyze pertinent information to support claims and secure favorable outcomes for the company.

Qualifications (Required):
Experience in auto insurance claims processing, particularly with physical and property damage claims.
Experience in a public adjuster's office or within a property and casualty brokerage environment.
Bilingual abilities.
Background in insurance underwriting or Property and Casualty commercial insurance.
