year(s) related experience or equivalent experience, training and/or certifications Demonstrated leadership skills (soft skills, strategic thinking, business acumen, building teams, building customer relationships) Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to diagnose, resolve complex problems and to develop improved methods to increase program efficiency Proven written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills Preferred Education, Experience, & Skillso Preference will be given the candidates with active Top Secret clearance Design experience in Software and/or System Engineering Experience in Agile and DEVSECOPS based program development SAP/SAR Clearance highly preferred Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range:
