The Judge Group is seeking a degreed Human Resources Manager for a large manufacturing company in New Jersey. The qualified individual will be responsible for labor relations, employee relations, recruiting, on-boarding and talent development for all locations. The HR Manager will also collaborate will local support staff to ensure that processes which support human resources are being adhered to.

Responsibilities:
Drives recruitment for all locations and is responsible for engaging with proper sources to ensure pipeline of candidates
Coaches and guides hiring managers on the recruitment process
Provides effective communication and leadership to local management teams regarding corporate initiatives, strategies, etc.
Provides guidance on all collective bargaining related matters and participate in contract negotiations
Provides responses to last step grievance matters
Leads HR processes such as organizational development, effectiveness, performance management, training initiatives, career development, compensation, employee relations and HR policy and strategy development
Builds and maintains effective working relations with the leadership teams and employees to advise both on employee-related and organizational matters
Provides guidance and coaching to supervisors and employees to improve working relations, deal with performance concerns, etc.


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Education or other related field preferred
5 plus years' experience in an HR Generalist role
Must have HR experience in a manufacturing setting
Union experience is preferred


Salary: $75,000-$85,000
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
