JobStand is currently looking for over 30 talented & passionate customer support representatives to join an e-Commerce firm specializing in retail goods as it expands across North American markets.

Responsibilities:
Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
Resolve product and service related problems
Answering inbound e-mail inquiries
Data entry of customer information
Other ad hoc duties
Qualifications:
Min 1-2 years of customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills
Great attitude, team player
Knowledge of MS Office Suite, in particular: MS Excel
Knowledge of Cantonese and/or Mandarin an asset

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
