This is a successful and respected Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located near Paterson, NJ. They are positioned for rapid growth, and offer a competitive compensation package. In addition to this, they have a great reputation and survey history. Over 100 clinical nurse managers will report to the administrative team, along with 1800 active employees. This position requires at least two years of management experience in a senior care establishment as well as an active LNHA license. Administrators In Training are eligible only AFTER the complete their program. As part of a large national company, this position will offer strong opportunities for advancement for successful candidates. POSITIONS: Administrator- CCRC
LOCATION: Near Paterson, NJ
REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:
Current LNHA License in the state of NJ
2 to 3 years of management experience in a senior care establishment
Knowledge of the clinical process in a skilled facility
Stable work history
